so randomly windows defender detected UZdoom as a trojan (i got it from zdoom.org I even tried github) but its always marked as malware am i fucked??????

It's of course a false positive and that's not a surprising thing nowadays. It's the updater not UZDoom itself. Does the same thing happen with 5.0.1?
