Looking for universal weapon switching hud mod

I had a hud mod before where if i switch it would show a onscreen display at the top of screen.
it showed the gun sprite, name and ammo so i could mash next/prev weapon (on controller) and keep up with which weapon is selected to come out next.

If anyone knows a good mod for this same thing, let me know.
