I'd like to bring everyone's attention to the fact that GZDoom 4.13pre dev builds will automatically load id24res.wad from your copy of Doom Rerelease if present. If you do not own Legacy of Rust, you will have to either buy it, or wait until the Freedoom team releases their free version.

V3.1 released!

-Added the option to replace vanilla monsters from Legacy of Rust by the enhanced versions. Bonus monsters will affect this setting as well.
(The special tyrants that triggers stuff around the last map wont be replaced due to map breaking compatibility)
-Added options to make the flametrooper & incineratron able to take damage from each other (or not)

V4.0 released!

-Since the situation seems to be resolved for now, you can run the mod without id24res.wad again.
-Bonus monsters chance setting turns into a slider instead, fully customizable, and affected by the randomizer!
-Fixed an issue that caused monsters to not appear in ultimate doom builder. It should be working as intended now!
(Reminder: put the gzdoom.pk3 file, tick 'Exclude this ressource from testing parameters', and the map file has to be in UDMF format!)
-Simplified the spawn replacement for monsters, using ZScript event instead of replacing monsters entirely.
-Added lots of customizable setting! Such as:

*Calamity trooper infighting.
*Calamity trooper spawn rate.
*Added an option to prevent randomization or not for Calamity Trooper spawn rate.
*Give the Mindweaver the chaingunner attack.
*Classic Banshee attack behavior (double explosion).
*Fix the Banshee's classic attack behavior (Banshees in melee will explode twice, making them far more dangerous).
*Banshees can be damaged by the Rot's poison or not.
*Rot's poison size.
*Rot's poison duration.
*Radiation suits can prevent Rot's poison or not.
*Scorched infighting.
*Scorched's flaming pool radius.
*Vassago's flaming pool radius.
*Orias's flaming pool radius.

-Nerfed the Calamity Blade ammo pickup, from 50 to 20.
-Fixed a glitch that made Calamity Troopers charge infinitely and not attacking sometimes.
-Tweaked the banshee's animations speed & effects to match the original.
-Fixed missing light on weaker shocktroopers.
-Orias buff: lower pain chance and faster attack animation.
-Fixed a bug where Banshees into Demons spawn rate would be randomized no matter what.
-Removed the Modern Legacy of Rust preset.

I think I can now just focus on bug fixing, and adding features that you people would want to see, i'm glad I got to make a nice mod for everyone to experience, and I hope this will be to your liking :)

V4.1 released!
CHANGES
----------------

-Shocktroopers body parts will now have proper translation, renderstyle and alpha, matching the unit upon death.
-Fixed a bug where the plasma rifle and bfg couldnt be switched to, and are now usable in legacy of rust (although they are limited to 300 ammo max).
-Fixed a bug where the pain elemental wouldnt properly spawn the selected monsters.
-Tweaked the flametrooper & incineratron attack behavior, no longer using a glitchy melee state.

This should fix most annoying issues, and hopefully make the mod stable for a while :)

V4.2 released + PSX VERSION RELEASE!
CHANGES
----------------

-Released PSX Legacy of Rust ENHANCED! (compatible only with PSX DOOM CE & PSX FINAL DOOM CE, and any mods for PSX DOOM CE).
-Added some weapons customization settings.
-'Replace Vanilla' mod doesnt force the new weapons & ammo, if you wish to use the plasma rifle & bfg.
-Fixed the legacy of rust vanilla replacements not using the same formula for bonus monsters.
-Fixed rot not having the same melee mechanic as the banshee.
-Fixed Ghoul's fireball to use the same frames and scale as the vanilla.

Thing tags do not seem to work unless you set the "Disable monsters spawning" setting to enabled. Is it possible to fix this bug?

V4.3 released!
CHANGES
----------------

-Added the option to replace the doom_complete.pk3's incinerator, calamity blade & ammo with the enhanced one.
-Fixed the map events triggers issues for Barons variants and Arachnotron variants.
-Added an option to disable monsters or weapons spawning separately, in case of mod conflict.
-Added locking option for the randomization of the weapons and ammo (wonder why i didnt do it sooner).
-Shocktrooper's bodyparts will now follow lifts and moving grounds.
-Added a preset to set every spawnrates to 0.

Is it possible to add a setting that makes the UI show either how much cell ammo you have, or how much fuel ammo you have, or both?

Hello again. I have made an addon for this mod that simply modifies the status bar to show how much fuel you have at all times.

If you could make an Lzdoom compatible version that would be lovely but I completely understand if you can't.
That's because I added XF_THRUSTLESS along with some other explosion flags well after 4.8.2. Those flags made it in in GZDoom 4.11. This particular flag is to make explosions not push things.

Thank you very much and sorry for the late response, I was planning to add that feature at first but I had no idea how to tinker with the HUD unfortunately :(

Is it intentional that the incinerator can harm actors with the "VULNERABLE" flag (The flag makes the actor only take damage from explosions)? I am asking this because I am making a mappack that has cracked walls that can only be opened with explosions made with an actor with the "VULNERABLE" flag, and it appears the incinerator can harm those actors with that flag, leading tho the walls opening.

I dont recall putting this particular interaction, but I think any damaging projectile can harm actors with this flag. I think you should put a special damage type for your actor so that only projectiles with the corresponding damage type can destroy it.
