Sorry if this is a dumb problem, this is my first post here and I very new to doom modding, I'm having problems using multiple textures packs in a doom level, I tried the program"wadmerge" and it works with one texture pack but I unable to make it work with more textures pack. Ultimate Doom Builder is showing a error too with "MORTRES.wad" - Patch "NTBRN02A", index 70 is double defined in resource "MORTRES.WAD" - there are 11 textures with this problem, but I don't know if this is the root of the problem or not. I would be very thankful of help as I already finish the level and this is the only reason that I'm unable to release it.
P.S: Sorry for my bad english, it's not my native tongue.

Re: Problems with textures packs
When combining multiple texturepacks together, there is big chance of encountering similarly named textures. The solution js pretty simple, anually locate these textures and manually rename them. Case closed.

Re: Problems with textures packs
You can solve the double defined issues easily with Slade3
1.) load MORTRES.wad into Slade3
2.) go to
3.) to get a list of double defined entries
4.) copy that lisinto a text editor
5.) now load each entry into Filter
deleye one of them
6.) do this for the other duplicates and since the patch names are still in Texture1/PNAMES, all you need to do is save the wad file.
