Simple Weapons is what it says on the tin. There isn't anything particularly revolutionary in it's design, I just felt like making some fun, straightforward weapons.
It's programmed in decorate, so you don't have to worry about version compatibility for the most part. It works with any source port that supports decorate.

Nice little weapons mod. This particular type of mod is one of my favorite types to build for fun, so I really dig seeing another person doing it as well.
Nice weapon pack, mate! Although, I want to provide a small sound pack...
There is replacement for several weapons that was made using "Global Operations" sounds.
You can grab it here: Google.Drive
I didn't touched fists, chainsaw, plasmagun and BFG, 'cause I have no intentions to touch these.
Also... I do not want to be rude, but seems that "SNDINFO" lump is kinda messed... I mean, there is a little chaos over there, few lines (about sounds of hitting player) are duplicated and also there was some sounds that is currently unused (not big problem at all).
And I guess that I found a small bug: Sometimes while pressing down fire button of minigun almost near depletion of ammo, after that depletion sound is looping like crazy...
Simple, Supple, Superior. I love how promising and playable this is despite being well again, simple. Also them reload animations are so crisp and dynamic too.
Except some minor problems like Chainsaw's idle state playing both, vanilla and custom sound effects, M16 doesn't feel so powerful enough and each picked up weapon comes with empty magazine, it's all good.
Well done! Letting me quickly interrupt a reload in the case of a bad situation is something I look for in a mod. Nothing sucks more than being stuck reloading in combat or a situation you really need to fire you way out of.
