Which game is this (used in wads) sound effect from?
I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of people know which one it's going to be without even hearing it, seeing it's probably the most commonly used item pickup replacement. It has to be from before '94 because that's the earliest wad I've heard it used in.

Normally I'm really good at spotting these, but I've never heard this one before in my life. Which wads have you heard it in?
