Projects for any Doom-based engine (especially 3DGE) are perfectly acceptable here too.

I think there will be no more updates.
I started to relight the fourth episode. But now the project is frozen.

No. Its a mod. You need to supply the IWAD yourself.

Where are you getting the impression that it is?

Because it already have a Heretic.wad file, but i don't know if it's the shareware or full version of the game supplied.
My own full version of heretic is roughly 13mb, the one in the PBR is same amount. So i'd assume it's the full game.
But i'd rather ask, to be sure.
