checking each and every option and testing it each time you switch to another one is time consuming

I've gone through the fonts multiple times, and its not that time consuming. Tedious, yes. But just shoot something with a pistol, change the font, shoot it again, repeat. It doesn't take that long.

When used with Gore mods, there is a strange situation where you cannot see due to blood. Is it possible for the numbers to appear over the blood?
