The Computech SA-68 light infantry weapon. Oh boy.
Spoiler: More like Incompetech...
Computech, being a malfunctioning AI obsessed with updating antiquated weapon models, brings you a top ejecting 9x19mm lead spitter.
Oddly reliable and quite easy to come by on some outworld colonies, this little beast has gained quite a reputation for being a go-to weapon in special daytime guerrilla operations.
The ROF switch allows you to go from fast to crazy fast as fast as you can lift your thumb. Quite nice for close combat. The 3-stage trigger works as follows: 1, hair trigger. 2, single fire. 3, full auto.
Magazines come in various sizes. 20, 34 (standard) and 46 rounds.
Effective range is about 70 meters, depending on ammo.
Field reviews state that stock installation is close to essential for untrained personnel. "Just screw an axe handle on there, it's better than nothing." Yes, the stock nub allows for many setups.
"What is it?" seems to be the perpetual question. Badasses all over the galaxy seem to have run into this vexing device. Quite possibly indestructible and definitely capable of teleportation, it certainly leads a life of its own.
From a glance it looks like a comical sci-fi pistol right out of a bad movie or comic book. As documented, you use it by "putting those green things in the socket up top and then just pull the trigger".
Some reports claim that a dial exists on the side of the device. Turn it to switch firing modes. Untranslated markings can be found on the weapon, signifying what mode you are using.
When fired, the device will charge (nicknamed "cooking") for a short while and rumble furiously. The red ball on the tip of the "barrel" will glow and then... well, something's bound to happen. Reports all state many, many different outcomes.
Slow moving energy projectiles, ferocious shockwaves ripping through the air, harmless sparkles, oxygen dissipation. A mixed bag, to say the least.
Bottom line, this thing just seems to appear wherever! It's a gun. It's usually good for killing things. Once the job is done... well, it's just gone. Like it was never even there to begin with.
A conundrum. Logic and reason be damned.
One man once asked another man to come up with a small solution for a big problem. Hence the Howard Custom Power Pack came to be.
Spoiler: Single shot, lever-action handcannon.
Hell Knight? More like DEAD Knight, AMIRITE?! Strong frame, strong round. Better muscle up if you're gonna fire this thing. And don't worry about the ringing in your ears. It'll pass in a decade or so.
"Pretty much felt like handheld artillery. Excuse me, I need to find a doctor."
-Non-Badass Marine, Outpost Zulu Delta 579
"W-what caliber is that? ...WHAT?!"
-Anonymous gun range spectator
Hard to believe they put this stuff in military arsenal catalogs, hm?

You should really start to consider to make a "sketch" mod.
These weapons are awesome, and your drawing style is unique, so with little work of cutting and lazy resizing you could create something cool!
Sounds like an alright idea buuut it probably won't happen since Decorate hands me my ass. Sorta why this thread came to be.
On second thought, it's a very sketchy idea. You have to draw the line somewhere.
You know some screwy scientist's gonna whip up some Demon Bruiser Mutagen. This kinda stuff always happens.
Spoiler: MUTANT BALLS
Hello, science man. Nice beaker you have there.
Oops! Spilled some o' that goop on ya.
Your hands seem to be channeling demonic hellfire, science man.
And you've grown to about five times your regular size.
And you're naked.
Yeah, I'm just gonna have to kill you over that last part.
