Hm, it seems this source port crashes everytime I open up an .WL6 IWAD.

Are you getting any error messages? Is your Wolfenstein data from the right version of the game? I seem to recall Blzut has a patching tool that will patch data into the correct version (i.e. if you have the Activision CD-ROM release which removes the Read This file).

What wildweasel said. The patch utility is on the downloads page. Also you can check your md5 sums.

Heads-up: The version of Wolf3D included in the 3D Realms Anthology that came out recently is the Apogee version that needs Blzut's patch. It might be worth checking the MD5 of certain WL6 files to see if they match old versions and telling the player to download the patch if appropriate.

Is there any "don't palettize pngs" feature that i don't know of?
Also, can ECWolf use offset(x,y) in decorate?

ECWolf is purely 8-bit software rendered.

No, although there's no technical reason it can't be supported. Just haven't gotten to it.

Edit: While I'm here I should announce that Super 3D Noah's Ark has broke the top 100 on greenlight. If anyone hasn't already please vote for it! We still have a little ways to go.

This source port rocks! I can finally implement the missing missile launcher weapon into the game.

No cards and Moses & ark emoticons? Pre order cancelled! A bush told me if I make a S3DNA foil badge he'd let me in.

Surprised that the trading card feature is so popular, it seems like the dumbest thing ever. Don't really have the ability to make the required art assets, I suppose I could bring it up to Piko Interactive, but I wouldn't count on it.
