I think he was trying to say that he would like Daniel, who I haven't even seen for months, to come back and make some more maps, including space stations.wildweasel wrote:What does this even mean?!Dokuro wrote:-pokes Daneil's eye ball with a pin- make some more creative world maps please take Doom too more lengths ^_^ space stations you haven't covered yet!

Invasion UAC. While it does take a cheap shot at the player from time to time (in the form of poorly placed archies and cyberdemons), it's got really cool designs, epic battles and kickass music.

OF COURSE KDizD!!!!!!
I skimmed this topic, so pardon me if I overlooked things, but also try the latest version of the Blood TC. It is VERY faithful, and the screen is not so annoyingly red tinted like in the original.

It appears to be better known than I thought...XutaWoo wrote:Then why did you link Invasion UAC?

It was 5 years ago though, so the newer ZDoomers are likely to miss it.
Also, IU's MAP09 + Zombie Onslaught

Hey does anyone know the name of this one mod that has Doom 3 enemies and weapons and has an actual campaign? It's not just another Doom 3 mod for Doom 2.
I remember seeing videos on youtube and wanting to play it at some point. Now I want to play it and can't find it since I don't remember the name. Looking for a good single player level pack.

Doom 2.5, perhaps? I think it eventually gained maps at some point.
If you might be interested in something that's not straight Doom 3 but is certainly in the style, Legacy of Suffering should be right up your alley.

Oh Yeah legacy of suffering is pretty cool. Definitely play it with Skulltag or GZdoom. Not sure if it's even doable with Zdoom...
Only thing is I'm getting tired of the constant huge battles where I'm low on ammo and it's the exact same crap over and over...
