First, I know thar game balance and weapon design is very much art more than science. However, I am working on a project that has vanilla style de-makes of weapons from other id games and id adjacent fps's. The information on the Q1 guns is plentiful and has been revisited and revised in the DooM community over and over since 1997. That said, I'm not well versed in Quake modding and I am interested in demaking the Widowmaker shotgun from Arcane Dimensions. Does anyone know stuff like # of projectiles, damage per projectile etc? I'm having diffulty finding documentation on Arcane Dimensions itself to look into it.
Hell, Is there a DooM mod that I'm not familiar with that as already taken a stab at it to look at?
