Hi there.

Just sharing something I've discovered and believe is worth be shared: there is this mod for Blood2 called The Second Cut that aims to fix the game. The hitscan enemies have proper reaction times, the broken monsters just as the zombies and the shikaris are now fun to fight, the random damage system os fixed, explosions radius damage now respect walls, broken bosses just as the Nagga are now fair, headshots are now really on the head, and almost all the beta/broken stuff Monolith could not fix before the game wa shipped.

There are some things left, as they would need the game and its levels to be decompiled in order to be fixed. For example, NPCs still walk against walls in scripted events, and the game still have occasional crashes, specially with the max settings. But, in overall, the game is now balanced and fun to play. I'm not involved in the development nor anything, I've just played the entire game with it and I did find it really a nice experience.
