There's a tool called Tiny11Builder. How it works is you feed it a genuine Windows 11 ISO, and it spits out a debloated version. None of the OneDrive garbage or any of that. You can even sign in for a local-account. The catch? Just don't tell Microsoft.

The script is completely open-source, (written in PowerShell, not obfuscated or anything like that) I've used it whenever I needed Windows and it has no viruses in it lol (or NTDEV is such a good programmer that he can steal all my passwords with <1% CPU usage and me not noticing his activity, yeah that kind of programming doesn't exist)
