Disable screen saver / switching off monitor when Coop Spy mode is active.

It does not make sense to make this exclusive to coop spy mode. No promises but I am working on a cross-platform implementation that will do this with the setting of a cvar.

Actually it does as we sure don't want the display to be always on in Paused mode.
