Hakros TexMapper 1.3.1

Hi everyone

I have created this application for Windows that allows you to get all textures names in use from a WAD file or even extract those textures in use from an external texture pack and repacking them into a new PK3 texture file.

This is an useful tool if you want to use the current textures instead of using the entire texture pack (to reduce the size of the final release).

If you have any suggestions please comment it.

Greetings.

I can't check it right now, but it looks like it could be very useful.

I currently use MTrop's tools to inspect WAD files and print a list of which textures are in use to a text file. I can set up multiple maps/wads to be read via a batch file and then search the text file for which maps use a particular texture. Very useful if I have changed the appearance of a texture and want to check how it looks in all of the maps that use it. Will this tool, allow something like that, or is that not part of the functionality that you are going for?

Either way, the screenshots make the interface look nice and friendly.

This is something I needed 5 weeks ago :P

Good job, I am sure I will need something like this again in the future.

Thanks so much.

For now you must read files one by one but it's a good suggestion for next release .. :D !!
