[1.0.3] weapon sprites unaffected by palette emulation
PE doesn't seem to affect the weapon sprites at all. I remember it do affecting the weapon sprites during the closed testing days (when it was still called Demolition).

Known limitation of the 2D drawing code. Getting palette emulation in there is just too problematic because the weapon sprites in Raze are just normal 2D content like the menu and a lot of other things that cannot work with PE enabled.
