I've inspected the WAD you provided and it looks like everything is in there, especially the textures you posted in the screenshot above as missing.

Of course, Boom does not parse TEXTURES.

Beta 11 is up. The reject builders that come with the ZDBSP source have been implemented, but are optional. Also, some Hexen fixes (but these are more foundational than anything else).

Beta 12 has been posted. Along with Lua and prefab updates, this reworks the engine selection to aid ZDBSP in generating the optimal nodes for each engine.
