Random Voice in ZSDF + connection to Random dialog

I would just like a way to have random voice lines similar to the random dialogue, which also seems like it could use some improvement, and a way to connect them so I can have what my dude is saying match up with his text, one way I've thought that this could be done is having the ability to make the first page or whatever your next page is randomized, but I'm sure someone else can come up with a better way of doing it.
