doors activated by cleared rooms/changing things height

im very new to making doom maps and cant seem to figure out how to make it so a door is activated by clearing a room of enemies. Also was curious about how i can change the z axis of things like cacodemons so they start higher up in the air?

For opening a door when a room is cleared, you can use an ACS script like this:
