Sound disappears after quickloading and reappears when exiting to menu.
Arch Linux, Pulseaudio, SDL 2.0.12, OpenAL from git commit fc466849ce23639ae6ccadb36b46574a40ca7a9c (built myself because current stable OpenAL has another bug)
Tested on Redneck Rampage: Route 66.

I don't have Route 66 but have just been testing with Redneck Rampage and Rides Again (same game code and all) but can't reproduce this. I'm on a similar setup to you but just using whatever OpenAL is in the repos. I've quickloaded many times in-game and loaded from the menu and all OK.

I cannot reproduce this either. Sound continues normally after the game is unpaused again.
