The first one no longer appears, it looks like a misplaced voxel revealing some untextured walls and the bug causing it was fixed recently.

The second one is not a render glitch, it looks like badly set up sector movement, which would qualify as a mapping bug.

Alright then.

I have also investigated the HOM too, and indeed, it was fixed, it renders correctly now.
