Why not just use the damagething and healthing line specials?

I use DamageThing(100) in the marathon fusion gun for when you charge it too long

Though that is a good suggestion I think he wants a broad codepointer for everything, not just my limited knowledge of the console.

That would work with guns, but not in my case where I actually want a DECORATE item to issue a Resurrect command when it's activated.

To make it short:

No.

There are good reasons to prohibit console commands in ACS and for DECORATE the exact same reasons apply. The risk of abuse is just far too high unless you limit yourself to a small set of commands - like KEYCONF. And then it will become useless.

Well Graf, do you have any idea as to how I can go about creating an item to resurrect the player? maybe making a A_Resurrect codepointer...Or something.
