How can I make a creature that tries to stay behind you?

Post by Tartlman »

I'm trying to create a creature that ambushes doomguy by sneaking up behind him. The thing is, I also want the creature to create a slightly transparent "ghost" of itself that appears in front of doomguy when it uses its melee attack, so I also need a separate creature that tracks right behind doomguy very closely right behind them. Is there any way that I can make this in DECORATE, or do I have to use ZScript for this, or is it currently not possible at all?
Any help is appreciated.
