An option for Chasecam on death?

An option for Chasecam on death?
Woot, first suggestion. Prehaps guidelines need to be posted here too yes?

Well, the most important guidelines should be:
1. Don't suggest useless crap.
2. The benefits of a new feature and the work required to implement it should not be excessively disproportionate (see ACS networking)
3. If something is deemed not worthy for inclusion it should be moved to a place where it doesn't interfere with the useful stuff.

Anyway, Cutman's feature would be quite welcome for me. I still prefer the non-chasecam version, and it would work better like that in D2C, anyway (due to the scripted death system I put in place there).
