That's a GPU series, it's not a specific GPU like the Radeon R9 280 or Radeon R9 290X.

CPU meltdown prevention: Phanteks PH-TC14PE (With three fans instead of the included two.)
Mobo: Asrock z97 Extreme4
RAM: 2x8 GB G.Skill RipJawsX DDR3-2133 @ 9-11-11-18
GPU: Galax GTX 960 (to be replaced at some point)
PSU: Seasonic SS-520FL2 520W
HDD: A measly 120 GB Samsung 840 SSD
Case: An Enthoo Primo of all things. Great case.
I mean if it's anything then I'm also going to install a Asus Xonar DSX for the recording benefits of having a dedicated soundcard.

Ya i know, but Speccy and Everest refuses to list it's true model, it only says ATI AMD Radeon R9 200 Series, even Catalyst panel says that (at this point i am too blind or AMD is too lazy to list the model)

I wager you won't get anything specific out of software, honestly. This is pretty bad on AMD's part.
