The first time I downloaded Rampage, the rar was corrupt. The second time, I managed to unzip it, the wad bombed on startup. I tried ZDoom 2.0.63, Skulltag v0.95k, and even ZDoom 1.22 (yes, I STILL have 1.22 on a remote corner of my HD).Graf Zahl wrote:The remakes have totally different geometry. Tormentor wants to do maps that retain the original layout but extend it. And even if this WAD gets rejected by the archives there are still places to host it - like Tormentor's own homepage for example. There are other high-profile WADs that are not in the archive (like the Doom64 TC) and of course there's also a lot of crap that's not in the archives (like Doom Rampage for example!)

Thank you sir may I have another?!Curunir wrote:*thwacks dougg*
GLWolf is lovable. And it's perfectly stable, I've beaten both the original and Spear of Destiny on it.
Heh, actually I still think GLWolf sucked. In fact Wolf gave me too many headaches in its original form so Gl doesn't really fix things....
