I've seen all sorts of flush mechanisms. In addition to the handle, I've seen a button or a lever on the wall behind, a number of different infrared sensors mounted in various ways, buttons on the top, and even a pull-chain that went up to the ceiling; to name a few. I'm sure different styles are seen more frequently in various regions of the world.

That armless mancubus looks... completely defenseless. What will it do? Stay away until the player selects the rocket launcher, and then run right in front of him in order to cause a rocket suicide? :D

It should be able to fart and then possess said fart so it can guide it and make it explode.
