[Biohazard is dumb] vsync problems

dosent ZDoom wait for the vsync? it seemed not to tear quite as often as it does now... or is it on purpose?

Unless YOUR monitor has a refresh rate of 274.... Then, uh, no... something tells me it's not waiting for VSych.

no, we went over this whole thing before and my computer is funky so i have to do evrything in notepad
