Special TIDs

Ability to refer to various "activators" by using special TIDs.
For specials executed
  • on death - killer thing, victim thing (I heard that meaning of 0 tid is defined by MAPINFO, so these are independed references)
    by projectile - shooter thing, victim thing
I think values of these special TIDs should be same for all event types (i.e. victim thing TID should be same for both "ondeath" and "onprojectilehit" events, and shooter thing and killer thing TIDs should/may be same).
