[Hideous Destructor] 9mm recasts

Hi, is there some mod that makes 9mm use drop 9mm casings and a way to reload them? I know universal reloader allows reloading 9mm, but that requires plastic and builds whole new rounds, it does not involve casings.

I guess similar question for .355 and other things (grenades?).
