[Shadow Warrior] [1.8.1] Gas Bomb causes game to crash

Using the Gas Bomb in Shadow Warrior causes my game to crash. I've tried resetting all options, as well as deleting everything and starting fresh, but nothing seems to help.

I've attached my crash report.

Okay, I just tried the latest dev build and the Gas Bomb crash seems to be fixed!
