The next update is primarily focused on transitioning from 2d sprites to 3d models, possibly making the next update the painful to do as I have to make countless models in magicavoxel, position them in blender, make what I'm going to call "model sheets", constantly adjust weapon offsets (hud weapon models are VERY wonky as they need to be flipped in order to appear properly), and make simple ZSCRIPT actors to go with the models.

Here's a few things I'm planning to be in that update:

Enemies (I know, stfu about custom enemeems I will get there when I get there)
Weapon reloading (most likely the most painful modeling-wise)
New weapons (the fun part)
More options to the customizable titlemap
And maybe something else, I don't know


In the meantime, some feedback would be GREATLY appreciated.. Thanks!

After learning about the drama that's been going on the zdoom forums, the first form of social media I've personally ever used, I've decided that it's in my best interest to GTFO and leave this version of TAOD behind. Maybe I'll come back with a vengeance, but I'm not exactly sure... The mods are free to put this with the abandoned projects like with RO and other fantastic mods made by people who aren't fucking child-predators... Then again, much like with kuro the wolf and the furry fandom, the pedo will be a part of the doom community in some capacity and I'm really fucking not about that...

Guess this is goodbye... You guys take care alright? I'll miss everyone except the pedo and those who supported them :melancholy:

Yeah... About that...

I've decided to go back to working on TAOD, however I'm a bit preoccupied with the development of dead signal and a WIP gameplay mod at the moment, in the meantime, get eviscerating!
