Custom translation color for the "slider control border"

According to this thread, I'd suggest a mapinfo gameinfo line with which you can choose a color for the slider control bars. There is already one for the slider controller button (the one you can drag and position) as suggested by Enjay but none for the bar itself. The linked thread explains mostly what is needed (also check Rachael's reply, currently it's hardcoded).
