Console fonts source images (PCX) must be made up of 16x16 char squares, the
size of a char square does not matter, as long as it is the same for all. So I
resized the confont.pcx from 128x128 to 256x256 and converted it back to FON1
monospaced font format. Stuffed in a WAD and loaded up ZDoom, ... are hires
confonts even supported, or is there any intention in allowing a size !=
128x128?
