Mac Screen Break/Tear

Sorry if this is a dumb question but I was messing around with the video and resolution files on Doom 2 on gzdoom 4.5 and screwed up the resolution settings so badly that the screen is torn and I can't even read it anymore. It's stuck like this on all my wads, and I tried deleting everything and redownloading but it's still stuck like this. Is there a way to reset the resolution settings or gzdoom entirely through the terminal/without actually opening any wads since I can't navigate the menus? Thanks in advance.

Delete the ini file and let GZDoom generate a new one.

Config file is in ~/Library/Preferences folder. If you have Library hidden (it is so by default), use Go -> Go to Folder... menu option in Finder.
Before deleting gzdoom.ini file, you would ask to post it here. It could be a bug that led to screwed display.

Thanks for the help, I deleted the ini file and it fixed the issue completely!
