Please carefully check where a mod download link is pointing to before you download!
According to sources, the domain Best־Ever.org - since its closure some time ago - recently started redirecting to a page that delivers malware, of the sort that opens tons of browser tabs and tries to download some unpleasant things. Community members may know that Best Ever as a download service already closed its doors following some drama, but this is even more of a reason to not try to click those links. If a download link points to Best־Ever.org, DO NOT CLICK IT. Use the Report This Post button to bring it to a moderator's attention so we can edit out links. Most browsers will let you see where a link goes by hovering the mouse over it.
We will update as we ascertain the nature of the problem.UPDATE: October 26, 2017, 5:51 PM (GMT -0700):
To be extra safe, we've forced on the forum word filter and used it to automatically disable BE links. Of course, it couldn't hurt to make sure your browser is equipped with the NoScript extension just in case.UPDATE: December 8, 2017, 4:25 AM (GMT -0700)
Thanks, Dark-Assassin for the update!
