Well... it's been a while since 2014
But now, I have discovered that the "map name" never had a correct answer.
So can anyone tell me what is the name map pack showed in this video?

Did you perhaps link the wrong video? That's just Brutal Doom on Doom2.wad. No map packs loaded.

Actually, It's Brutalized Doom. Essentially a hard-mode version of the original Doom 1/2.
