A_Respawn should call WorldThingRevived

I recently was running into an odd issue with the resurrecting effect of Corruption Cards, where the revived monsters simply didn't fire a WorldThingRevived event as one would expect in such a situation. I guess this might just be a nitpick though, but just in case, it'd probably be a good idea to call the event there maybe?

Can there be a boolean to indicate the difference between revive and respawn if done, please? Last I recall, live monsters can respawn too so I wouldn't want to perform execution on some monsters with specific sets of code.
