Pretty much like the title says, I'm wondering how to create a default obituary for custom damage types, specifically for when a player dies to an environmental effect and the inflictor is null. An example would be when a player dies to nukage, the game says the %o mutated or when the player dies to fire it says %o melted.

It looks like a default obituary can be added to a MAPINFO-defined damage type
, and it should work exactly like you want it to.
