I've noticed that nothing changed in those screenshots, but monsters and the light effects.

@Unknown - As well as some texture changes in most parts, little detail in others. These areas already looked okay when I started revamping it and you know "Never alter a working system"

Were all the faked 3D Floors replaced with real 3D Floors in UTNT?

Yes except one in TNT02 that still needs to be replaced by a 3D Floor

Tormentor, does UTNT have it's own story and unique enemies?

It has some new and unique enemies and it has partially it's own story but it i embedded in the world of doom, so it should work
