Weapon Hud Sprite unchanged in-game

I have this problem with Hud weapons being different in-game, than they are in Slade.
I changed the weapon offsets the way i want it, i save it, but then in-game it's unchanged as if i haven't done anything.
Then i open it in Slade again, but in there the offsets were how i made them.

So what is happening ? Why is it different in-game and different in Slade ?
