Mods like Trailblazer
Hello, it's been a very long time since I've been active on the zDoom forums (since 2020 I think) and I see there has been a lot of new mods since I left. Since I've spent the last couple of years playing Trailblazer to death I wanted to know if there are any new mods that that are sort of like it (Big and maybe a bit too powerful guns, lots of personality, and fast paced) aside from Guncaster of course.

Some good options I think would be:
Hell Crusher (highly recommend)
Hellrider (also highly recommend)
Lieutenant Typhon (haven't actually played it, but it's highly respected and honestly probably fits the best)
Naku Naru (highly recommend; Joblez - the author - is one of the best imo)
Dakka
Doom Incarnate
Combined Arms (most mods by Combined Keagan are great choices)
Ultra Crispy
Metadoom
Meatgrinder
Supercharge (one of the best, to be frank, but I'm not sure exactly how well it fits what you're looking for, but it's still an excellent mod)
That was a lot, but all great mods regardless.

the Hearts of Demons series of mods is fun. don't recall how many entries exist nowadays but i remember playing with the baron and having a grand old time.
asides from that High noon drifter works well for a mapset were weird west is a desired theme. strange aeons or ancient aliens are what i've paired with it myself. the BFG slot weapon ability that allows you to transform is lots of fun.
