[4.10.0+] Mod causes a crash to desktop when you look up.

My specs are Windows 10 64-bit and AMD Athlon 3000G with Radeon Vega 3 Graphics 3.50 GHz (v.21.30.23.01-211018a-373652C) 8.00 GB RAM (5.93 GB usable)
Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch GZDoom in OpenGL ES with the attached .pk3 loaded
2. Start a new Game
2. Look Up
4. Crash
I'm guessing the line portals are the culprit.
I'm attaching a video demonstration because i've had rare cases where the example failed to crash
