standard DECORATE for all ports
In the scripting section, I did not find the DECORATE section, so I set in off-topic. What is the standard of DECORATE for all doom ports? Is this ZDoom version 2.3.0 standard?

Re: standard DECORATE for all ports
The "standard" is whatever the latest version of GZDoom is. Or Zandronum. Or Vavoom.
Which port are you aiming at, anyway?

On this site the "standard" is ZScript, full stop. Decorate is deprecated.

Does this mean that DECORATE will no longer be supported for all old mods in the future?
In other words, all old modifications must be rewritten to work in GZDOOM?

But it would be interesting if this worked for GZDOOM as well.

No it only means that Decorate will no longer be extended and over the long term you're going to be more likely to get help with ZScript projects than Decorate ones. Many things are a lot easier in ZScript than Decorate.
If you do want Decorate-only help though - Scripting is still the proper forum for it and will be that one for the foreseeable future.

Re: standard DECORATE for all ports
DECORATE-wise, everything that works in k8vavoom should work in GZDoom. (Reverse is not true.)
The k8vavoom features that will not work in GZDoom are: any use of VavoomC, the (mostly cosmetic, but can greatly affect intended look) lightmaps and shadowmaps, and the 3D polyobjects.
