DoomRPG Rebalance does not support any of the modern forks of Wadsmoosh (Wadsmoosh Plus, WadFusion, Wadsmoosh FreeDoom). I'm aware, which is why I was inquiring about the location of or which files need to be edited. I've been poking around and found 2 files in the doomrpg.pk3 and 3 or 4 in the wadsmoosh compat pk3. There's got to be at least one file I'm missing. I'm more than willing to do the editing myself. Long time i don't enter here and i updated my DoomRPG SE Rebalance recently.
But in the archive i downloaded in github don't have the custom version of Jimmy Randomizer.
Anyone here please have the custom version and can post?
Because i don't see any events running in maps, and i'm using the GZDoom posted version and correct compatible versions of mods with the current DoomRPG SE Rebalance build.

From what I tried, no, still requires code from the previous supported version of corruption cards. At the very least the Gun Bonzai mod is a good alternative until this gets updated.

In the meantime of WNC12's absence, Sumwunn returned to maintain Rebalance with some fixes (and has since abandoned it again): https://github.com/Sumwunn/DoomRPG
This version works with CC 6.3a.
