I love the level and detail, the colouration is perfect to represent nurgley decay. but his little face! he so sweet! I couldn't shoot something with such a cute little smile! ;)

I wonder if the "walking" animation might be a bit too exaggerated? It twists from side to side quite a bit more than the standard Doom floaters who hardly move at all. If you look at its eye and track its movement, you might see what I mean.

Agreed. I toned it down in the final version already by removing the last frame, but kept the arms. It was just groovin' too much.

EDIT: reduced the swag by 33% and added a centered frame. It's a bit better now. Still more than the Pain Elemental, but w/e. Testing attack animation. It's still missing the inner mouth effects, but I'll add that at the final spriting stage.

The resources for this mod is closed for public use until the project version 1.00 is released. You are free to play with them if you like, but I ask you not release stuff I have here until HF2 is ready.

Looks very cool and the animation is much better.

The attack is a really forceful looking belch. Nice!

I hadn't realised that what I was seeing as the corners of the mouth were actually tooth recesses/nostrils/whatever and that the mouth was actually much wider.

I guess my only comment is that it might be a bit too pale/washed out looking? I know that you are going for the pale look but with it being so pale and with the eyes and various skin features also being pale and quite similar in colour to the main green, I wonder if it loses a bit of definition? It almost looks like its in a primer coat rather than having its final colours. Of course, I haven't seen it in game, so it might look different/more defined there.

The holes on the face are supposed to nostrils. :D

Going for a more washed out look for E2 instead of the saturated look of E1. The entire color palette is more washed out or dull than the regular Doom stuff. :)

I can see that now. :) Makes sense (in as much as the details on any magically floating demon does ;) ).

I'm looking forward to seeing that. An entire episode built around a "washed out" palette is very innovative and should be very interesting too.

Daaang! At this point, you might as well turn this into a full-blown commercial game.
