The HUD was the last missing piece to this awesome mod, I'm glad to see it implemented.

I nominated the mod for 2022 cacowards too, a huge well made project like this definitely deserves more eyes on it.

some bugs

-luxs energy counter is a lil bit too far to the left
-in map 39 there are a 5 misplaced secrets (could be some decorates; need to check)

I signed up (as best I could because of the lamentable constraints to create an account on this forum) just for this absolutely brilliant mod that deserves more attention.

I love your mod, I hope you still have ideas and motivation to do more and more. :3
For my part, you made me want to learn how to build and use modding tools. Thank you for rekindling the spark in me.

yeah im still doing more. next would be to add some of the rich lore thats behind starborn and doing new artworks to hide in chapter 1. then there could be 2 new playable classes ( Sill -Queen of the Beasts and General Máara). But that will take some time.
This should be a trilogy but im not going to start chapter 3 soon. Im finally happy as how it is right now :)

Chapter 1 Map 1, You can grab the cat through the wall! (Both sides!)

ok i fixed it. the hitbox was to wide
but will upload the fix with the next bigger update. (backgrounds and lore update)

Update 2.5 will be released later this day!

-it fixes the space cats hitboxes
-ads new decals for the claws and other weapons
-some new textures in the space ship maps
-rebalanced claws, yaeskas ssg reloads faster, lux sword is better at breaking fireballs
-features a big gallery with background informations and tons of Art made for this Project!

just remember that you can pair this with almost every other mega/wad. no need to play my stuff over and over :)

Just wanted to jump on here and say this mod is awesome. I'm currently on my 3rd play through of chapter 2. Amazing work, this is a ton of fun.

Update 2.6 is live!
-alot of little tweaks, fixes, lights and balancing to most guns
-new secrets and textures in chapter 1+2
-hud tweaks
-new Space Cats
-The Berserks Altfire gets mapped to "Q" for use with weapons
-New Sprites for the remaining Doom 2 Decorations
-New Cacodemon, reskinned Pinky, Ghostly Green Lost Soul and Painelemental
-New Title Song "Ascension" LOSTCHILD OST by S.S.H
-It should be now compatible with most Mega/Wads; balanced to be played with most Doom Wads


Its fun together with DarkDoomZ (and other AddOns)
