It's a really good project, I love the character art since it reminds me of 90s anime; playing through episode one and even though there's lots of enemies the weapons are all really really satisfying to use and cut through them with ease. I don't think I can remember the last game I played where energy weapons felt this fun to use. Thanks for the hard work on this project even if it hasn't got you much feedback, I know it can be a bit demoralising but the work you put in shows and it's really good.

I love this WAD, though on my most recent playthrough of Sill it feels like most of her weapons are a little undertuned compared to some of the other characters. Her Boomfists are a high risk weapon but the alt-fire feels like it doesn't really do enough damage for needing to get right up in the face of the enemies.

the boomfists stunlocks enemies with its attacks. the altfire is used to kill small groups in front of you. not good for single targets.

yaeska gets a new gun with the next update. it replaces her boring double barrel machinegun

Ahh, this is what I missed then. Finished it up with that in mind and it definitely helped, though I only had a few encounters left so I never got to take perfect advantage of it. Great wadpack, it's been awhile since I've wanted to stick with playing one all the way through like I did with this one.

-Akimbo Laserguns for Yaeska
-Proxy Mines replace Yaeska altfire on the Rocketlauncher; tweaks to all rocketlaunchers
-Huge Gallery update with lots of new Artworks, Lore and infos about Starborn (the comicbook space cats is based on)
-New Secret Map

new update release tomorrow

-changes for Yaeska:
chaingun replacement - dual laserrifles
rocketlauncher overhaul - autocannon with proxy mines
-all the berserk attacks are tweaked and look and feel much better now
-new secret map
-small tweaks and fixes to all explosions and melee attacks
-gigantic update to the gallery with over 50 new pages of art and lore!
-new start up screen
-small tweaks to some maps
-new spider mastermind sprites

Definitly one of my fave mods for Doom and works well with alot of maps and monster replacers, and Sill is defintly my fave.
I did discover something odd tho when trying to play coop with a friend, Sill's recharge function apparenlty was able to be triggered by my friend's own kick function (while on his end, nothing happens. He was playing with Lux at that moment), aside from that, coop works very nicely. Probably spent a good couple of hours of having dumb amount of fun.

there was also this odd thing that showed up when trying to use the recharge function at first, saying somehing like ''(insert name here) tried to puke script 'Kick''' or something of that nature and nothing happens, unless Sv_Cheats True was enabled. I guess in multiplayer those functions are normaly blocked?

i couldnt test much of the coop myself.
i think it needs an eventhandler to load those scripts properly. the taunts should work i think because of that. i can give it a look if more people are interested in playing this coop.

Update 2.90 is out!
-Aemis SSG got an upgrade
-Sills BFG and berserk got buffs
-new sprites and some map fixes

small update but it fixes a softlock that could happen and aemis ssg is much stonger now

Oh yes, Aemi's new SSG! Tested it. That's what you need! :thumb:

Although I didn't notice much difference in Damage, but the Alternative Attack is much more useful than before. 8-)

currently working on the last update (3.0) Space Cats Saga will receive.
already fixed alot of small things (sprites, maps,effects). and i will add the few last things i want to have.

-Commander Aemi will get a new melee weapon - Blasters Shock Mode (replaces her punching)
-Luxs shocklance got a buff and the main projectile does now consistent damage



please let me know if there is something else to look at :3

DerTimmy, thanks for making such an awesome project!! I had so much fun playing through this, the maps, characters and weapons are incredibly well done. One of the best TCs I've played. I can't wait to play the final version of this. Thanks again!!!

Update 3.0 is out!
This will be the last and final update. It fixes/enhances alot of small things. Adds a new melee weapon for Aemi and buffs/tweaks all the guns.

It was fun making this and i hope you enjoy it as much as i do. Please leave some Feedback and try this with other Maps/Addons.
