Polymer
There's a thing that i always wanted to ask to Graf... have you had a chance to look at the new Polymer renderer from eduke32? What do you think about it?

Re: Polymer
It's a lost cause. The performance issues are so deeply tied to its design that there is no way doing anything with it.
The overall structure is also very messy so that it makes more sense to develop a new renderer from scratch, rather than building on Polymer.

Re: Polymer
The EDuke32 team has given up on Polymer for a reason. It's still good for showing off some fancy lighting, but it's a glitchy renderer which often cannot reproduce certain classic effects accurately.
